Refunds are only processed if the SIM fails to work with a Maizic Camera after a successful recharge.
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the recharge date.
Plans are prepaid, non-refundable (except as stated above), and non-transferable.
Data usage is subject to a fair usage policy to ensure optimal service for all camera streaming users.
